Office - Send read-only form via email

From within InfoPath 2003, I can select File > Send to Mail Recipient, which
opens an email with a read-only copy of the form in the message body (and an
XML as attachment). I can address the email as desired and send.

Can I code a button on the form to accomplish the same thing? The goal here
is to (1) allow the user to address (or otherwise manipulate) the email and
(2) allow the recipient to VIEW the data without InfoPath or Sharepoint (and
I do not really need the XML attachment).

Thanks in advance!
