Office - Entourage contact sorting

Entourage 2008 for mac. =A0I am trying to sort my contacts by category
and then by last name...any thoughts?

You cannot do this by clicking on the columns, but you can use the new
Spotlight search in Entourage

In the Address Book view, click on the Spotlight search. Enter the last
name, a custom search will appear below. Click on the + button and add

Do you use OpenOffice and do you find it is not compatible with Office Word? Office I have heard that Open Office is at best "99%" the same as Office Word, but I am concerned with it being 100%, since many of my Word documents are complex. Anybody have experience in OpenOffice with complex documents? Is it true that somethings just will not translate properly to and from Office Word?
