I have recently posted about a crash I had with PPT, and related
difficulties. With more persistence, I have found the product ID and a
diagnostic tool. The key is to click on the MS Office/PPT button. A menu
appears. Click on Options at the bottom. Now select Resources on the
Options dialog. Look at the choices on the right side for Diagnostics
and About. There is also Contact Us button that will allow you to fill
out a form for your problem, and send it to them.
