Office - disk boot failure insert the system disk.

My son formated his hard disk and put windows ultimat. His computer acted
slugishly, it wont boot from the first time. it gave him the message "Disk
boot failure insert the system disk". I checked the "CMOS" setup and I could
not see the hard drive, when I booted for the second time I could see the
hard drive. Know if he wnats to work with his computer he has to boot
twice.How could I ovecme this problem?

Office compatibility pack is not working on Office 2003 Windows 2000 SP4 Office Going on week 3 of daily searches looking for a fix. We the compatibility pack and re-installed every version - original, SP1, SP2 and SP3 updates (from Windows update). NONE work. I saw where someone loaded an older version of the MSO.dll machines. Restoring Works Calendar file from Vista pc to new Windows 7 pc Office I have a Windows One Care backup of data from my Windows Vist pca, which crashed & no longer works. I bought a new Windows 7 pc and want to restore my Microsoft Works calendar to the new pc. I already downloaded the Windows Live OneCare Restore Wizard & restored other data files. But I do not know where Microsoft So I have not been able to restore it. Any help would be appreciated.
