Office - Office Outlook 2007

I just upgraded from Windows Vista to 7, and my outlook 2007 will not load.
I use an exchange server and everytime i try to follow the wizard it says
outlook is not connected or online?
Any ideas?

Where is the backup utility for Outlook 2010? Office Just curious, where is the backup command or download for it? And, why is not this feature included in Outlook for the last DECADE?
