Office - Please wait while windows configures office 2007

I get this every time i try to fire up office.
It seems a fairly common issue but i have tried some of the suggestions
via goggle, even double clicked winword.exe but every time it goes
through the configuration process, i'm running a fresh install (so no
old versions hanging around) of Win7 64bit Ultimate, I am at a bit of a
loss here on what to do, any help or suggestions is more then welcome.
