Use the backup you made from the download. Or, contact the vendor from whom
you purchased the program to see if they will help you. You'll need your proof
of purchase.

You post is a little hard to understand.

You purchased a copy of Office, what version and type (Office 2003, 2007 etc
and Pro, Home and Student, SBE, etc.)
Where are you getting the download from? If it is a trial then no key will
work except for the trial key.
Where are you getting the activation key from? A sticker somewhere or the
original email from a downloaded purchased copy of Office.

Please answer these questions and we can probably help.

I have purchased Office Home and Student 2007,Greek from the ShoppingCart
on line, I do have my Product Key and I do have the proof of purchase but
do not know how to contact them, to re-load my product. I do not want to
re-load it from my back -up because my system was corrupted and I had to
restore my widows. Can you help ?

You should have an email giving the product key. On that email it will tell
you where you purchased the license. By going to that company they should
be able to provide a Greek H & S version disk at nominal cost or give
directions on a download site.

I am using MS Office Home and Student 2007 Trial Version. Yesterday I bought and successfully installed brand new 3PC Licensed Office Home & Student 2007 for my other 2 notebooks - the recent one that is freely upgradeable to Office 2010 whenever it is out (Office 2010 free upgrade being the main reason to buy it in the first place. Going from 2003 to 2010 Office I plan to change from Office 2003 to 2010 under Win 7 in June or July. Is there a way to have both 2003 and 2010 installed on the same machine until I get 2010 set up as I want it and am convinced I really want to make the change? Thank you.
