I am new to the Works Calendar. In Outlook I could both display and print
appointments showing the start and end time and subject. I cannot find this
option for the works calendar. Is this correct?

You can print the calendar from start and end date. To do this try this:

1) Open Works Calendar;
2) File, Print
3) Dialog box opens and now choose the dates you want and other things.

Let us know if this is what you are after.

Dear Helpful:

Thank you for your time. I was perhaps not specific enough. The
appointment's start and end time are what I am trying to get to display and
print. It only shows start times?

Skip aka Walter!

For Print Style choose "Day by hours" or "Day by appointments", they should
print start and end times.
